Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling, mentoring, and training to youths in CCIs and care leavers to aid their transition.
- Supervise the full-time team to ensure they achieve KPIs and guide the part-time team for the same.
- Mobilize in-kind resources for program benefits and drive fundraising efforts.
- Capture program success by documenting and sharing impactful stories on YouTube.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and engage new partners for the Pankh program.
- Oversee accurate maintenance of hardcopy and softcopy files by the team.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive).
- Multi-project management, working under pressure, and meeting timelines.
- Strong leadership, team management, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Gantt Charts, log frame, and Odisha’s socio-political landscape.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Knowledge of program planning, monitoring, budgeting, and procurement processes.
