Ground Training
details

The Bombay Flying Club has an air-conditioned library & classrooms with modern teaching facilities including audio-visuals. Our instructors who are highly qualified, experienced and committed professionals, mostly Ex. Airline & Ex. Airforce employees.

As part of practical training we take our trainee pilots on field trips to air traffic control services to familiarise them with the facilities available to Pilots apart from trips to hangers located in our premises.

Our student pilots get a practice of flying on the flight simulator in the class room stage itself. This helps them to develop the co-ordination between the mind and body, which is essential for flying.

Pilots are shown actual aircraft in our hangar, apart from theory classes. Pilots are given a feel of flying on the actual simulatorin the classroom.

The ground Training is conducted in our premises at Juhu aerodrome in MUMBAI. We have trained pilots & engineers, who are now working in domestic & international airline, such as Indian Airlines, Air India, Sahara, Jet Airways, Singapore Airlines etc. as well as thousands of private pilots.
