Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Stock Market Process)

Shift: Day shift, 6 days working (Sunday fixed off), 8 AM to 8 PM (Any 9 hours duty)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via inbound calls.
- Assist clients with complaints, orders, and information about products/services purchased.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Stock market experience is an advantage.
- Education: HSC / Graduate
- Skills: Inbound Voice Process, Stock Market knowledge, NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification is a plus, handling customer service calls, solving customer queries and complaints.
