What will you do:
• Lead the design and pilot of Manjhi Fellowship’s core community interventions on women’s safety and health.
• Develop curriculum material for the Swasthya Suraksha Khabar and other programs, including lesson plans and self-study material for learners.
• Field testing the curriculum materials to gather feedback and make necessary improvements before at-scale implementation.
• Design visually appealing collaterals, including handouts, presentations, and training materials, using tools like Canva or similar software.
• Assist in conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, supporting trainers in effectively delivering the curriculum.
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of curriculum implementation, collecting and analysing data to assess the impact and effectiveness of the materials.
• Collaborate with program staff and other stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment with program objectives and desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and organised documentation of curriculum development, revisions, and evaluation processes.
• Support the organisation's efforts in keeping a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
Skills and Experience you will need:
• Passion for designing and delivering programs for young girls and women on safety, health and financial inclusion issues.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related roles.
• Excellent documentation skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to create clear and concise materials.
• Proficiency in using design tools like Canva or similar software to create visually appealing collaterals.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and use data to inform curriculum design and revisions.
• Access to a laptop or computer for remote work.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work and in-person collaboration.

Kashti Capacity-Building Program: The second approach is a holistic learning & development program for the ground force (community mobilisers & field workers - the frontline workers of social change), forming the backbone of every successful and deep community-based social intervention. It is a year-long experiential training designed and delivered in partnership with community-based.
