Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty

At The/Nudge you will:
lead the marketing strategy, planning, and execution for Centre for Rural Development(focussed on the ultra-poor program) and work closely with The/Nudge Institute Marketing team
partner effectively & strategically with CRD’s Program and Product leaders, develop a deep understanding of the rural livelihoods sector to deliver program results
design and run effective offline marketing strategies and content suited for government partners and stakeholders
build a pool of allies in media, government and civil societies and constantly engage with them meaningfully to position Nudge and CRD in the rural poverty alleviation discourse
define and own marketing plans for each product driven by intimate understanding of products strategy and objectives, their target segments, and most effective channels to reach and engage such segments
own product launch and engagement timelines and oversee the successful execution by working closely with the marketing team.
own positioning, content and thought leadership strategy for CRD
Apply if you have:
7-9 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing manager role
balanced analytical and creative mindset
attention to detail and a hands-on approach to delivering marketing results
experience in digital marketing, social media and/or content marketing
history of exceeding expectations and being a target-driven high-performer
have a strong passion for poverty alleviation and livelihoods creation
