Job description:-
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Coordinate and conduct interviews, job offers, and new hire orientation programs
Assist in developing and maintaining positive working relationships between employees and management
Respond to employee grievances and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Assist in developing and implementing HR technology solutions to improve HR processes and systems
Assist in managing HR administrative tasks such as employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
